Only one of 13 Brookfield property sales discloses price in July
Brookfield saw 13 property deeds recorded between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only one, a $250,000 sale from Wells Fargo Bank NA to John David Holdcraft, recorded July 23, included a disclosed price, leaving the median and range set by that single transaction. Rice Corner Road accounted for three of the month's transfers and Gay Road for two, the closest thing to a geographic pattern in the data. Bank entities were sellers in four deeds and family trusts in two, while the Brookfield Town Assessors acquired 189 Fiskdale Rd. With price data absent from 92% of transactions, the month's overall market tone cannot be assessed from this dataset alone.
