Only One of 11 Brookfield Property Sales Discloses a Price in August
Brookfield recorded 11 property deed transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only one, 9 Green St at $401,906, included a disclosed sale price, making that figure both the period's high and its median. Six of the 11 filings named a bank, mortgage servicer, or Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as a party, a pattern more typical of lender-related filings than standard sales. Town Farm Road and Allen Road each saw two recorded transfers. With price data disclosed in fewer than one in 10 filings, the recorded deeds offer limited visibility into where local home values actually stand this period.
