Six of the 11 filings named a bank, mortgage servicer, or Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as a party, a pattern more typical of lender-related filings than standard sales. Town Farm Road and Allen Road each saw two recorded transfers. With price data recorded in fewer than one in 10 filings, the recorded deeds offer limited visibility into where local home values actually stand this period.
