Brookfield Sees Seven Recorded Property Transfers as July Closes
Seven property transfers were recorded in Brookfield between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only three deeds disclosed a sale price. Those ranged from $189,000 to $350,000, with a median of $200,000. The top disclosed sale was an unspecified Brookfield property that sold for $350,000 on July 24, sold by CEP Real Estate LLC to Yellow Breeches Capital LLC; the same day, CEP Real Estate LLC also bought 30 Lake Rd. for $200,000 from the Paul W. Shailer Irrevocable Trust. With four of seven transfers listing no price, including two involving family trusts, the available data is too limited to characterize overall market conditions.
