Brookfield Records 12 Property Transfers in August as Most Sale Prices Go Undisclosed
Brookfield recorded 12 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only two disclosed a sale price: $30,000 and $35,000, for a median of $32,500. The month's highest recorded sale was 5 Forrest St., which sold for $35,000 to R A Anderson Builders LLC from sellers Eugene A. Toto and the estate of Rita F. Toto. Quaboag Street saw two same-day transfers involving Kyle Degray, and Forest/Forrest Street addresses tied to seller Eugene Toto appear twice within nine days. Several deeds named banks or mortgage entities as buyers or sellers. With pricing disclosed on only two of 12 deeds, the data offers limited insight into overall market direction this period.
