Brookfield recorded 13 property transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only two listed a sale price in registry data so far, ranging from $150,000 to $195,000 with a median of $172,500 between the two. The period's highest recorded sale was $195,000 on Sept. 23, sold by Berkshire Property Buyers LLC; no address or buyer is listed for that deed. Rice Corner Road saw three separate transfers, the period's clearest street-level pattern. Several deeds involved banks or mortgage servicers as a party, and three others shifted property between a trust and the same named individual. Most of the period's sale prices had not yet posted to the registry at writing time.
